IMPORTANT DATES
- Abstract Submission: March 23 – April 23
- Notification of Abstract Acceptance: By May 14
- Full Paper Submission: May 14 – July 16
- Notification of Full Paper Decision: By August 13
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Submissions must be written in English;
- Each submission may have a maximum of six (6) authors;
- Each author may submit up to three (3) abstracts;
- Abstracts must contain no more than 300 words;
- Three (3) to five (5) keywords must be provided, separated by commas.
General Provisions
- All submissions will be evaluated by the Event Review Committee. Only accepted papers will be eligible for presentation and publication in the Conference Proceedings;
- The presentation format indicated at the time of submission (oral or poster) will be considered as the author(s)’ preference; however, it is not guaranteed. The final decision regarding the presentation format will be made by the Review Committee, based on the criteria adopted for the selection and organization of the event
